Climate
Climate change isn’t a political issue. It’s a human one.
We co-invest in tactical opportunities where private funds can catalyse significant public good, pursuing system-level solutions in the mitigation window to 2030.
We move as quickly as possible, and without strings attached, to support bipartisan, strategic action to decarbonise Australia – and the world - at game-changing speed and scale.
We collaborate with cross-sectoral actors and advocates aiming to shift policy settings to enable the rapid reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, increase accountability from polluters, fight disinformation and foster the widespread adoption of green tech.

Capacity
We back brilliant minds with bold agendas to advance human health and wellbeing.
With a focus on prevention, compassionate care and collaborations of global significance, we offer long-term capacity-building support to a select portfolio of medical and mental health partners.
While prevention and early intervention are pivotal for improved human health and wellbeing, much public funding is focused on downstream responses. Accordingly, we work with organisations that are developing, applying or extending the evidence base at the frontiers of prevention of:
- cancer, with a focus on cancers with a higher mortality rate at a younger age
- mental ill-health, with a particular focus on children aged 0-12 years.

Creativity
We invest in creativity as the currency of the future.
The future economy will thrive on creativity, in addition to tech know-how. Young people with creative capabilities will be resilient to automation, experience improved wellbeing, and be better equipped to address the world’s biggest challenges.
By reducing barriers to access, while growing and scaling quality creative programming in education settings and beyond, we seek to unleash the creative potential of rising generations.
We partner with organisations that nurture and amplify the creativity of rising generations, helping to equip them to respond to future complexity. We do this through both programmatic support and advocacy, working to drive innovation and change policy settings to grow Australia’s creative future.

Compassion
Compassion and gratitude are critical human capabilities.
We recognise the transformative power of compassion and gratitude as essential skills for responding to complexity. We aim to cultivate both as core human capabilities to enhance individual wellbeing and improve social justice outcomes.
Our commitment to cultivating compassion and gratitude is twofold:
- Embracing the Jewish principles of chesed (kindness) and tzedek (justice), we respond to urgent human need and short-term social justice priorities through our Compassion Grants program.
- Recognising that empathy can radically increase human connection, community and quality of life, we seek to cultivate programs and platforms designed to enhance human capacity to respond with deep compassion to self and others.

Curiosity
We deploy curiosity capital.
We remain open and agile, responding to immediate needs and compelling impact opportunities. We have been known to disrupt our own strategy to support ideas and initiatives that fall beyond it.
Philanthropy is a form of social risk capital; we stay open to wild ideas, untested theories and liminal methodologies.
If you’re disrupting an innovation deficit in the social sector, we’re curious to learn more. Please get in touch.
